These terms govern your use of gigaspin, our online sportsbook and gaming platform. When you create an account with us, download our Android app, or access our mobile site on iOS, you agree to the conditions set out here. We've structured these terms to be clear and accessible—not a legal minefield, but a straightforward agreement between you and gigaspin about what we each expect.
Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your jurisdiction allows access to online sportsbooks and gaming platforms. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. By using gigaspin, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements in your location.

Account Conditions and User Eligibility
Who can use gigaspin
To create an account with gigaspin, you must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You must have a valid email address and phone number. We accept users from supported jurisdictions only—if you're in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or another region where our service is legal, you may proceed. If you're unsure whether your jurisdiction permits access, contact our support team before signing up.
When you join gigaspin, you provide your name, date of birth, email, phone, and address. You agree that all information is accurate and current. We verify this information via Know Your Customer (KYC) checks—we require a government-issued ID, proof of residence, and sometimes a selfie. This protects both you and us by preventing fraud, underage access, and money laundering. Our compliance team reviews submissions within one business day.
Account verification is mandatory
Without passing KYC verification, you cannot deposit, withdraw, or place stakes on gigaspin. We hold no funds on unverified accounts and will close them after thirty days of inactivity.
What gigaspin does not permit
We prohibit the following on our platform: creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits; using gigaspin on behalf of someone else; engaging in fraud, collusion, or market manipulation; using automated bots or scripts to access our service; and accessing gigaspin from a prohibited jurisdiction. Your account is yours alone
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gigaspin login and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access—perhaps your phone was stolen or your email compromised—contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account and help you regain control. However, we are not liable for losses incurred before you notify us of the unauthorized access.
If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time via Account → Settings → Close Account on the gigaspin app. We will settle any open positions, process any outstanding withdrawals, and delete your personal data according to our data retention policy. Closing your account is permanent—you must create a new account to use gigaspin again.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Settlement
How deposits work on gigaspin
We accept deposits via nine payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are fee-free—the full amount you send appears in your gigaspin wallet. Bank transfers settle within the same business day; on weekends or public holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, they may take until the next business day.
Your deposit is yours to use immediately upon receipt in your account. You may place stakes on Liga 1 fixtures, live-dealer tables, slot games, or esports markets. Your balance is always visible in the Wallet section of the gigaspin app. We do not hold deposits or impose withdrawal minimums.
Withdrawals and processing times
When you request a withdrawal from gigaspin, we process it according to your payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically settle within one business hour during peak times. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) settle within one to two business days depending on your bank's processing windows. We do not introduce additional delays—the timeline is determined by your payment provider and bank.
To withdraw, open the Wallet, tap Withdraw, select your payment method, confirm your account details, and submit. You'll receive an email confirmation and a push notification once the withdrawal is approved. There are no limits on how much you can withdraw, but your withdrawal amount cannot exceed your available account balance. Pending open positions do not affect withdrawal eligibility—you can withdraw your balance even if you hold active stakes, as long as the balance exceeds your withdrawal amount.
Settlement of markets and outcomes
We settle markets based on official results from governing bodies. For football (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), we settle at the final whistle. For live-dealer games, we settle at the conclusion of each hand. For esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), we settle after the official broadcast result is confirmed, typically within minutes of the match ending. Slot games settle instantly as each spin concludes.
Once a market settles, your account balance updates automatically. You don't need to claim anything—the system credits or debits your balance based on the outcome. If a settlement is delayed due to a technical error on our platform, we will correct it manually and notify you. Disputes about settlement are handled by our support team; contact us within seven days of the disputed settlement for review.
Bonuses and promotions on gigaspin
We occasionally offer bonuses—for example, a deposit match or free stake offer. Any bonus is subject to additional terms displayed at the time of offer. Bonuses are not transferable, not withdrawable as cash, and typically carry a play-through requirement (you must stake the bonus amount on qualified markets before you can cash out any winnings).
